Therapeutic Modalities
When it comes to therapy, there are a lot of different types of treatment. I take a client-centered approach to therapy, meaning I don't subscribe to a one-size-fits-all approach. I have an eclectic style and try to tailor treatment to a client's particular needs and values, and their unique situation in life. In my experience, I see the most success in my clients when I join with them, meet them where they are, and am flexible with the interventions used to support their goals. I actively elicit feedback to ensure they feel like their treatment is effective.
Some of the most common treatment modalities that I use to support you include:
Solution-Focused Therapy
Narrative Therapy
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
Feminist Therapy
Eco-systemic Structural Family Therapy
Mindfulness-based Therapy
Strengths-based Therapy
Motivational Interviewing
