I strive to create a warm, relaxed, grounded, safe space for my clients.  I recognize that engaging in therapy can be a difficult decision and I feel honored when someone chooses to share some of their deepest feelings with me.  I want you to feel comfortable being honest about your feelings and challenges so that the work done in therapy can be authentic and productive.

I fill many roles; I am a mother, a daughter, a sister, a friend, a feminist, a therapist, an advocate, a helper, a teacher, among others.
